Please Note: Upon booking your appointment with Cosmedica Skin, Mindarie & Midland, you are accepting the terms and conditions of our cancellation policy set out below.
Appointment Confirmations
All appointment bookings are sent a confirmation email at the time of booking their appointment.
48 hours prior to your appointment you will receive a confirmation text message to please reply and confirm your booking.
Clients will also receive a courtesy personal reminder phone call 24 hours prior to your appointment if you have not confirmed your appointment by reply text.
Failure to confirm your appointment booking within this 72-24hour period prior to your appointment will result in the appointment being cancelled, and the deposit, prepaid concession, or gift certificate being forfeited.
Late Cancellations & Failure To Attend Your Appointment
All no-shows & cancellations within 24 hours (or less) of the appointment will be charged a 100% Cancellation Fee of the entirety of the appointment booking.
In the event a deposit, prepaid concession, or gift certificate was taken for the booking this will be forfeited, unless at Cosmedica Skin's discretion in the event of extenuating circumstances may the deposit, prepaid concession or gift certificate be rolled over for redemption on their rescheduled appointment.
Additional booked services cannot be cancelled on arrival of appointment. We are unable to fill the appointment on short notice as this time has been allocated and reserved for you and your requested treatment services.
Please call the Mindarie Clinic on 08 9408 5881 or our Midland Clinic on 08 9250 1820 for any changes to your appointment as soon as possible to avoid any cancellation fees or forfeiture of prepaid concessions & gift certificates.

To secure your appointment, all online bookings require a 50% treatment deposit at the time of booking.
Your deposit confirms your reservation and allows us to allocate dedicated time with your therapist.
Rescheduling Your Appointment
If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Appointments rescheduled more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will have the deposit transferred to the new booking.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments cancelled, rescheduled or not attended within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a 100% cancellation fee, as this appointment time has been reserved exclusively for you and is unlikely to be filled at short notice.
The treatment deposit will be applied towards this cancellation fee, with any remaining balance charged to the payment method on file.
Clients with Previous Late Cancellations or No-Shows
Clients who have previously failed to attend an appointment or cancelled within our 24-hour cancellation period will be required to prepay 100% of the treatment cost when making future bookings.
This prepayment secures the appointment and will be forfeited if the appointment is cancelled, rescheduled within 24 hours, or not attended.
